Privacy Policy
If you create or request an account, we may collect the information needed to review and operate authorized access. We don't sell your personal data. We don't run advertising-based tracking or use advertising cookies on this Site.

Suttia LLC ("Suttia," "we," "our") is a Florida limited liability company. We are the data controller for information collected through suttia.com (the "Site"). Contact: info@suttia.com.
2. What we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through the Site or account access flow:
- Account and contact information - when you create or request an account, where available, or email us directly.
- Email content - anything you choose to write to us at info@suttia.com.
We do not currently use advertising-based tracking, advertising cookies, or session recording on the public Site. The Site uses Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts load - this is a standard browser request and we do not receive any data from it.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Reply to your message or account access request.
- Review, approve, deny, restrict, support, and operate authorized access.
- Send service-related messages about Suttia access or your account.
You can opt out of non-service communications by contacting us at info@suttia.com, but we may still send messages needed to operate your account or respond to your request.
4. Who sees your information
Information you submit may be reviewed by Suttia personnel for access, support, security, and product operations.
We may share your information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email provider or hosting provider). These providers process the data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
We will share information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Suttia, our users, or the public.
We will never sell your personal information and we will not share it with advertisers.
5. Where your data is stored
Suttia LLC operates from the United States. Your data is stored and processed in the United States.
By submitting your information, you understand and agree that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account, access-request, and correspondence information as long as needed to review access, operate the product, respond to you, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, receive a copy of it, correct it if it's wrong, have it deleted, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain uses.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@suttia.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and at the latest within the period required by applicable law.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever discover a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify affected individuals as required by Florida law (the Florida Information Protection Act) and any other applicable law.
10. Cookies
The Site does not currently set cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. If we add cookies in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be shown on the Site.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Site or, where appropriate, by email.
