If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it to contact you about Suttia and our launch. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't use tracking cookies on this Site.
1. Who we are
Suttia LLC ("Suttia," "we," "our") is a Florida limited liability company. We are the data controller for information collected through suttia.com (the "Site"). Contact: info@suttia.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you give us through the Site:
- Email address — when you submit the waitlist form or email us directly.
- Email content — anything you choose to write to us at info@suttia.com.
We do not currently use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or session recording on the Site. The Site uses Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts load — this is a standard browser request and we do not receive any data from it.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Reply to your message or invite you to early access.
- Plan onboarding and prioritize the agents we invite first.
- Send you updates about the product and related announcements.
By submitting your information, you consent to receiving these communications.
You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in our emails or by contacting us at info@suttia.com.
4. Who sees your information
Your waitlist submissions arrive at info@suttia.com via the email service that hosts that address. They are read only by Suttia personnel.
We may share your information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email provider or hosting provider). These providers process the data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
We will share information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Suttia, our users, or the public.
We will never sell your personal information and we will not share it with advertisers.
5. Where your data is stored
Suttia LLC operates from the United States. Your data is stored and processed in the United States.
By submitting your information, you understand and agree that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until (a) you ask us to delete it, or (b) we close the waitlist and have completed onboarding decisions. Email correspondence is kept as long as it's relevant to our communication with you.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, receive a copy of it, correct it if it's wrong, have it deleted, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain uses.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@suttia.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and at the latest within the period required by applicable law.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever discover a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify affected individuals as required by Florida law (the Florida Information Protection Act) and any other applicable law.
10. Cookies
The Site does not currently set cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. If we add cookies in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be shown on the Site.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Site or by email if you've joined the waitlist.
